Gourmet market, cafe coming to Scottsdale. What to expect at Zingara – The Arizona Republic

A new European market is coming to Scottsdale. Zingara Coffee Bar and Bespoke Market is opening in the former Walgreens building at 11475 North 136th Street this summer. Owner Hera Ambrosio hopes the space will stand out as a luxury market and community gathering space centered around her European heritage.
The market will focus on imported goods such as pasta, meats, olive oil and cheeses, while the cafe will serve coffee and pastries during the day with a grab and go market offering egg salad and Italian tuna sandwiches, Caprese salad and a daily-changing take home family meal. At night, the space will be home to a wine bar.

The breakfast-focused all-day menu will include muffins, coffee cakes, the quiche of the day, chia pudding, banana-tahini overnight oats and a morning sandwich made with a challah bun, homemade sausage, cheddar cheese, egg and spicy tomato jam.
In the evenings, the cafe will transform into an upscale wine bar with a small food menu including charcuterie boards and other small bites and sweets.
The cafe will also serve Sunday brunch with a menu featuring ricotta pancakes, smoked salmon tartine, quiche and eggs.
The new market and cafe is set to open in August and will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
