Description: Network Rail Southern Region intends to establish a single Minor Works Buildings and Civils Framework (MWF-B&C) that aligns with Network Rail’s requirements of prompt and efficient delivery of the CP7 and CP8 work banks, as well as rationalising several route-based frameworks into one Regional Framework, thus providing regional consistency on how this work is managed. Once established, it is intended that the MWF-B&C will maximise productivity and efficiency through the use of modern methods of working, technology, collaboration, and relationship focused contracting.
